Mark Pietri - Owner - The Metropolitan Jazz & Swing Company.

Mr. Pietri brings you the classic sound of New York Style Jazz Piano to your affair and to your ears. Mr. Pietri studied with such jazz greats as Jackie McLean and Jaki Byard and is known as one of the finest players in the tri-state area. The Mark Pietri Trio creates the perfect backdrop for that special cocktail party, holiday party formal dinner etc. Mr Pietri is available to you as a solo artist and in the classic Piano/Bass/Drums setting. Or if you'd like, you can substitute the drums for either a vocalist or an instrumentalist of your choosing.



Nanette DeLaune - Vocalist Divine.

Nanette DeLaune comes to you with polished quality of a 24 carat diamond. She has recorded extensively in Nashville, New York, Atlantic City, working as both a backup singer and a leader. She's has also worked as a studio singer for Atlantic Records, Polydor Records and RCA.

Perhaps you may have seen her as the host of "Spotlight" the syndicated Philadelphia based entertainment news show. Ms. DeLaune has also performed with such greats as James Brown, The Gatlin Brothers, Journey, and many others. It has been said that Ms. Delaune evokes the spirit of Ella Fitzgerald in that every note she sings is presented as her gift to you.



Angelo "Buddy" Savino - Bassist.

When you say, "Buddy Savino" you're invoking one of the finest bass players in the Metropolitan arena. Mr. Savino has both performed and recorded with R&B's legendary drummer, Bernard Purdy. His Group has also performed with such greats as B.B. King, Stanley Jordan, Spyro Gyra, Boom Carter, and the GRP All-Stars.

He can been seen regularly performing with the some of the hottest jazz and swing bands on the Jersey Shore. Mr Savino grew up playing electric bass, playing everything from Rock to Motown to Bebop and Fusion Jazz. He is also a master of the Acoustic Bass.

"Electric is fine but Acoustic is finer," says Buddy Savino.



Larry Hinkes - Drummer.

Nobody out beats Larry Hinkes. There isn't a style he can't infuse with his own unique signature. Mr. Hinkes studied with Gene Thayler who taught Max Weinberg formerly of the E street Band and currently The Conan O'Brien Show. He cites his influences as Max Roach, Jack De Johnette, and Marty Morell. And he has opened for Dave Mason Band, The Yellow Jackets and Tower of Power. He is comfortable in both intimate jazz settings as well as big band.
